The following does not contain gluten: corn, potato, rice, soybeans, tapioca, arrowroot, carob, buckwheat, millet, amaranth and quinoa. All fruits and vegetables, cheese, eggs, rice, milk, meat and fish.

Gluten is found in the following grains: wheat, rye, barley and oats. Common foodstuffs that may contain said grains: Pizza, pasta, bread, toast, cake, biscuits, many forms of crisps, some pasta sauces and those little packets of instant soup.
